Cob fencing- 1st part

This week we've started with the cob work in El Mundo de Gaia. We've started trying out different tecniques so we can select the most suitable one for our treatment cabin that we'll shortly start building. The test has taken a fence shape.. quite handy for keeping the dogs out :-0

There are many techniques for biulding up with cob. The one we've chosen is simple and fast. However, if you are interested in the matter I would suggest you google Professor Minke's manual for bulding with soil. He goes into all kinds of details on the different tecniques. Sorry, but so far we've only got in Spanish (pls refer to the Spanish version of this entry for checking out the link).

Nevertheless, we'll continue our previously set style and just share with you few pics. Well, just for now as we are preparing a video tutorial.
